So. Yup. Nothing to say other than I have counselling tomorrow (I DON'T WANNA GO), and it's probably not a good idea to read your dead friend's journal as that is a good way to end up in tears.

Okay, it's been awhile since I've written anything...eheh. But anyway. Remember how I kept getting sick? Well, turns out there was a reason: lactose intolerance. That's right. LACTOSE INTOLERANCE is what kept screwing me up and making me miss school. How weird is that? So anyway, it's all good now. But I'm stuck with Bio in summer school...blah. Oh well. Getting an 83! Wh00t!!

Guess what? Yeah, that's right. I appear to be sick again. And exams are this week. So, it appears I only get sick during big projects, tests, and exams. This sucks. A lot. Ugh, and I have so much studying to do! I have to do at least mildly well in Math!! ^^;; And Chem...eh, as long as I'm in the high 60's, it's all good (though, I'd like to get at LEAST a 70!!) Luckily, Chan-chan has compiled all the Chem notes over the weekend (yeah, way too much tiem on his hands) and I got a copy ^_^ YAY! So, all is not lost! And I'm going to Jenny's tomorrow to study :P English is fine, and so is Media Arts. So, I must concentrate all my brain powers on the EVIL TWO :| (And maybe MA, since I know pretty much nothing about art ^^;;). So, yeah, other than that...ee gads, life has been stressful. I'm hoping next semester will be calmer. Yeah...wishful thinking...

Alright! I've decided to tally my 16-year-old sick days! Why? Cuz I can :P And they're pretty amazing, since I rarely miss school when I'm sick...

March: 5 days

October: 1 day

November: 2 days

December (last week): 4 days

TOTAL: 12 days of school missed since I turned 16!

Conclusion? School makes me ill! Therefore, I am allergic to it and should not have to go!

Now, how would I acquire a doctor's note stating this...?

And for fun, a journal entry about my days off.

Well, I figure I got sick from exhaustion, but the doctor says viral cold, and gave me a puffer to use for 10 days (blah). Oh, and my mum got them to take my blood to test for anaemia (cuz I'm pale, I guess...). I figure they would've figured it out by now if I was anaemic, but you never know... But I'd better not be! I want to give blood next year!! RAWR!

Anyway, I stayed home for four days, watched Donnie Darko (yay!), anime (yay!), and read a lot (yay!). Overall, pretty fun. Oh, and I survived solely on ginger ale and soup. Yum. Then on Friday I went back to school...listened to rambling and read in English...caught up on notes that made NO FREAKIN' SENSE in Math, and...made waffles in Chem. But it wasn't part of the class. No. We were drafted into waffle-making for the SAC (heehee) waffle fundraiser. ("Get fresh waffles from your SAC!") Now, being sick and germ-ridden, I figured this would be a pretty bad idea. Still, I made eight malformed waffles and managed to sneak away to hang out with my friends and steal sushi :P. But during said waffle-making, Pam man (yes, there was a guy in charge of spraying copious amounts of Pam onto each waffle-maker every 5 minutes) kept leaning on the can -right beside me, might I add- and kept spraying me with it! I mean, you'd think he'd realize that leaning on the nozzle will spray Pam at the cranky girl next to him, which will result in said cranky girl plotting his demise (perhaps drowning in the waffle batter). So, not only was a hot, sick, cranky, and nauseous, my whole right arm was covered in Pam. Oh joy.

But, I got all three lunch periods. YAY! XD

A media arts? Gah. I don't like Flash. X.o

And today? Christmas shopping in Chinatown! YAY! There's this really cool anime store in Chinatown Centre that has all these CDs, manga, anime, figurines, plushies... *rambles on for another hour or so*, and yeah... :P My aunt was just standing there for a minute, then said, "I am so out of my element. I'm going to wait outside and read the paper." About 5 minutes later she returned. "Run out of newspaper?" "...yes. I only brought a bit with me." But, I needed her to reach the shelves for me, so it was all good ^_^

OH! And we had sushi for lunch! *Drool* Suuuuuuushiiiiiii.... ^w^

So now I'm home...absolutely exhausted...and it's nearly 2 am, so I should go to bed.

EE!!! Got tickets to Dir en Grey in February!! I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!! So, from now until then, complete Dir en Grey binging :P I wonder if Kerri will get another tattoo...

This is definitely the highlight of my week due to having to stay home for two days (I was sick...again). So, let's tally this year:

March: one week off
October: one day off
November: two days off

Notice how I'm only sick during school? Tch. Oh well. Monday's a day off, so wh00t! Hopefully the coat I want to get will be at the mall (they didn't have any today...blurgh).

Okay! I'm done!

Oh, yes, I just got back from Sudbury! There I discovered we celebrate garlic. Yes, there is a Garlic Festival. I have no idea what to think of this :P Oh, and me and my dad picked blueberries!!! It was fun :D And they're yummy :P

Okay, I hafta rant. I really do.

First of all, Pluto. As far as I'm concerned, it is a planet, and it always will be. And I do not like scientists. Hmph.

Next: school.

This new lunch thing? GAH! I still don't get how we can have 6 periods in the day, yet only 4 classes. And guess what? NO YEARBOOK AGAIN!!! I'm starting to think we should just kidnap the Williams' yearbook team and get them to make one for us. What is with this "yeardisk" (and, yes, this is what it's being called)?? NO ONE likes it! Even the teachers think it's a stupid idea! I swear, our school is being run by dolts. Maybe it's just me, but this whole thing is pissing me off!!!! *Sigh*. I don't even know anymore. Oh, well. I suppose it's a good thing we're getting out earlier... But with periods 1 and 5 switching every day, I am gonna be soooo lost (I'm hopeless with this kinda thing). Well, I guess if they leave the play alone, I'm happy. And one more thing: why is it against the rules to wear shirts that have logos on them?

Okay, I'm done for now. Phew.

Well, Lauren's gone back home. :'( But I get to see her next weekend, so yay! And I've spent the best part of the last two days learning the Grade 11 Math curriculum X_x. Well, 'least I can't fail... So glad my aunt's a Math teacher!!

I can't believe summer's almost over! AAHHH!!! I still have so much to do!!!!! Like finish that play... *hem*. Well, I have till December, so there's hope!!

My week: went to the mall, went antiquing, ate Indian food, nearly killed myself on my skirt...and falling into the van... And HAD FUN THE WHOLE TIME!

Next week: Lauren's coming down from Sudbury!!! KEEE!!!!

Things to watch: Battle Royale (NOT the anime...yet...), Miyavi music videos, Hellsing, Castle in the Sky, FMA, Naruto, InuYasha, and...uh...ADVENT CHILDREN! Again :D

Things to read: Porno (shut up! It's an actual book! A hot pink book... If you don't believe me, ask Allie :P), Whistle, Coyote Blue, DNAngel, and the first four of the Blood series! Wh00t!

Things to listen to: Styx. Shut up.

Things to buy: DNAngel 6 (until then, no reading 5 or 7 :P), both Loveless manga, and the first Loveless DVD! I hope I get to the bookstore this week...

Time for another actual journal entry! And my babbling. Bwahaha.

Well, Sisi came over at 7am yesterday and we watched 7 DVDs of anime. 7. We didn't finish till...8:30pm? Heehe. Sukisho, Ai no Kusabi, Loveless, and Advent Children!! Yay!! I figure our eyes have gone really big and our mouths really small. And I now have over 23 manga to read (that girl has a LOT). Holy crap. By the end of the summer I may blow up. Heh heh...

What else is going on? Uhh...oh! My aunt's dragon boat racing this weekend!! For some reason I find that really cool! Probably cuz they're boats. That are dragons. Wee!!

I think I've run out of things to write about. Sad, ne? Oh well. I can only babble for so long before I get distracted :P

Okay, I've been out for a week. A WHOLE BLOODY WEEK! Luckily this has been a time of light homework, so I've been able to stay on top of it all. Yay! Didya know cough syrup makes me go all kindsa woozy? Heh heh. My mum said I only hafta take it at night now, since I'll be going back to school on Monday. I don't wanna fall down staircases or anything. Wow, school's gonna be weird... And if I catch anything else, I will hunt down the person who gave it to me and KILL THEM! **Cough** That's the medicine talking, I swear. That's an excellent excuse, since I've been being drugged up every four hours since Wednesday. Gargling stuff, cough syrup, Tylenol, and vitamins (since I've eaten maybe 4 small meals this entire week). GAH! NO MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh! I just remembered Wednesday! Okay, here it is:
Wednesday morning, at around 4am, I started gasping and choking and couldn't breathe. And this was the day I was s'posed to go back to school. My parents ran in and my mum calmed me down. Guess what? I'd had a panic attack. I seem to be prone to those... So, needless to say, I didn't go to school. Instead I payed a lovely visit to the doctor. Still don't know what I have... I'll probably be better before I do! So, I stayed home with my mum, and watched "Boys Don't Cry". Excellent movie, not for the faint of heart. I had to sleep on the couch that night, which turned out crappily, so I went upstais at 6:10am, and if you read my entry on Thursday you'll know how THAT all turned out!!!
So, yes, I'm on the recovery, and I'll be back Monday! YAY! **Cough**. And, no, I do NOT need bone marrow!!!

Turns out I have no sense of time when I'm sick. I went up to my bed at 6:10 am (I had been sleeping restlessly on the couch up 'til this point). Then I woke up at 6:29. I got ready for the day and went downstairs, noticing that it was dark outside (I figured we were just having crappy weather). I was confused about the time cuz I felt like I had been sleeping for hours, rather than just 19 minutes. So I asked my dad about it. He told me it was night.

Huh, appears I can sleep for a LONG time, ne?
